اهداف: امروزه، سازمان‌های آموزشی به توسعه‌ی جوامع منجر می‌شوند و دانشگاه‌های هر کشور و رهبران آن‌ها در این زمینه نقش مهمی دارند؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر ویژگی‌های رهبری معنوی و هویت اجتماعی بر هوش فرهنگی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی درباره‌ی مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش از نظر هدف توصیفی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری تمام مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه بودند (۱۵۱ نفر) که با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه‌ی آماری، کل جامعه در نقش نمونه‌ی آماری وارد مطالعه شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد هوش فرهنگی ایرلی و آنگ (۲۰۰۴)، مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی کارول (۱۹۹۱)، رهبری معنوی فرای (۲۰۰۵) و هویت اجتماعی جنکینز (۱۹۹۶) استفاده شد. روایی ابزارها با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی آن‌ها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری) و نرم‌افزارهایSPSS۲۸ و lisrel ۸/۱ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار ویژگی‌های رهبری معنوی بر هوش فرهنگی مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه است. همچنین، هویت اجتماعی بر هوش فرهنگی این مدیران تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. ویژگی‌های رهبری معنوی و هویت اجتماعی به‌طور مستقیم بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه تأثیر می‌گذارد که این مسئولیت‌پذیری به سهم خود بر هوش فرهنگی آن‌ها اثرگذار است. علاوه بر این، ویژگی‌های رهبری معنوی و هویت اجتماعی به‌طور غیرمستقیم و با میانجی‌گری مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی بر هوش فرهنگی مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه تأثیر می‌گذارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با ارتقای ویژگی‌های رهبری معنوی و هویت اجتماعی مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه، که بر هوش فرهنگی مدیران تأثیر می‌گذارد، می‌توان عملکرد دانشگاه را ارتقا داد و همچنین، مسئولیت‌پذیری کارمندان افزایش پیدا خواهد کرد.

نتیجه‌گیری: با ارتقای ویژگی‌های رهبری معنوی و هویت اجتماعی مدیران دانشگاه ارومیه، که بر هوش فرهنگی مدیران تأثیر می‌گذارد، می‌توان عملکرد دانشگاه را ارتقا داد و همچنین، مسئولیت‌پذیری کارمندان افزایش پیدا خواهد کرد.
