fa ترجمه، بومی‌سازی، ارزیابی روایی صوری و تکرارپذیری پرسشنامه توسعه یافته اسکلتی عضلانی نوردیک سایر موارد Other Cases مروری Review <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:  </strong>اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی یکی از ده آسیبی است که باعث غیبت از کار می‌شود. ابزارهای متعددی جهت ارزیابی این اختلالات استفاده می‌شود. پرسشنامه توسعه یافته نوردیک یکی از ابزارهای مورد استفاده در ارزیابی این اختلالات است. هدف این مطالعه ترجمه، بومی‌سازی، بررسی روایی صوری و تکرارپذیری نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه توسعه یافته اسکلتی عضلانی نوردیک است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش­ها: </strong>مطالعه حاضر از لحاظ روش‌شناسی یک مطالعه غیرتجربی می‌باشد. جهت انجام کار از روش <span dir="LTR">International Quality Of  Life Assessment</span> استفاده شد. روایی صوری بر روی 15 بیمار مبتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و جهت بررسی تکرارپذیری مطلق و نسبی به ترتیب از خطای معیار اندازه‌گیری و ضریب همبستگی درون‌گروهی بر روی 48 نفر نمونه انجام شد. همچنین جهت اندازه‌گیری توافق بین دو بار اندازه‌گیری از ضریب توافق کاپا جهت متغیرهای اسمی استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> فرایند ترجمه و بومی‌سازی پرسشنامه توسعه یافته نوردیک آسان و مطلوب گزارش شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی روایی صوری نشان داد همه آیتم‌ها مورد تائید می‌باشد. ضریب همبستگی درون‌گروهی و شاخص خطای معیار اندازه‌گیری نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه توسعه یافته نوردیک در سطح قابل‌قبول (70/0<span dir="LTR">ICC></span>،<span dir="LTR">76/1-56/0=SEM</span>) به دست آمد. دامنه ضریب توافق کاپا بین 1 - 78/0 محاسبه شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه توسعه یافته اسکلتی عضلانی نوردیک یک ابزار سنجش، با اعتبار و تکرارپذیر، جهت ارزیابی اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در افراد ایرانی می‌باشد.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Musculoskeletal disorders are among the top 10 injuries accounting for absence from work. The Extended Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ-E) is one of the many tools used to examine these disorders. The present study was conducted to translate and localize the NMQ-E and to evaluate the face validity and test-retest reliability of its Persian version.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The present non-empirical methodological study used the International Quality Of Life Assessment (IQOLA) approach to translate the NMQ-E into Persian. The face validity of the Persian version was examined in a sample of 15 patients with musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and its absolute and relative test-retest reliability were examined in a sample of 48 patients using the Standard Error of Measurement (SEM) and the Intra-class Correlation Coefficient (ICC). The Kappa coefficient was also used to measure the inter-rater agreement for nominal variables.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The translation and localization of the NMQ-E was deemed easy and acceptable. All the items of the questionnaire had an acceptable face validity.
