fa تعیین روایی و پایایی ابزار ارزیابی کاربردپذیری یک نرم افزار تحت وب سایر موارد Other Cases پژوهشي Research <!--stripped--> <o:officedocumentsettings> <o:allowpng> </o:allowpng></o:officedocumentsettings> <!--stripped--> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217)"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt">شاخص کاربردپذیری، عملکرد یک محصول را در زمینه رضایت کاربر و افزایش بهره‌وری مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span>.</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt"><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> اصول کاربردپذیری عبارتند از؛ اثربخشی، کارآیی، ایمنی، امکانات، آموزش‌پذیری، یادآوردپذیری. هدف اصلی این مطالعه طراحی ابزاری جهـت بـرآورد میزان کاربردپذیری نرم افزارهای تحت وب در زمینه اتوماسیون فرایندهای پژوهشی تعیین شده است. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217)"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt">مواد و روش­ کار:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt"> پس از استخراج پرسشنامه اولیه از منابع استاندارد ارزیابی کاربردپذیری، جهت بررسـی شاخص­های روایــی، ســازگاری درونــی و تکرارپذیری، به ترتیب از تکنیک­های تعیین روایـی محتوایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روش بازآزمایی استفاده شـده است. اهم مراحل انجام کار عبارتند از: تعیین دامنه و ابعاد محتوایی پرسش­ها، تهیـه پیش­نویس پرسشنامه، تعیین اعضای پانل تخصصی، روش انجام، نحوه ثبت و تحلیل داده­های پرسشنامه، تعیــین معیارهــای پــذیرش پرسش­ها، تعیین شاخص روایی محتوایی، پایایی پرسشنامه، تکرارپذیری پرسشنامه<b>.</b></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217)"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt">یافته­ ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt"> ابزار نهایی بصورت پرسشنامه­ ای 50 سئوالی طراحی شد. همچنین شـاخص روایـی محتـوایی </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">CVI</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">در نهایت برای پرسشنامه مقدار 0.763بدست آمد. نتایج آنالیز پاسخ­های پرسشنامه نهایی نشان داد که پایین­ترین ضریب پایایی مربوط به بخش مدیریت خطاها با مقدار آلفای کرونباخ برابر 0.742 می­باشد. در نهایت نیز میزان شاخص تکرارپذیری پرسشنامه نهایی، با استفاده از روش بازآزمایی، مقدار 0.993 (</span></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P<0.001</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt"><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span>) بدست آمد<b>.</b></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217)"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه­ گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt"> پس از طراحی پرسشنامه نهایی با شرایط احراز روایی، پایایی و تکرارپذیری مناسب، می­توان با اطمینان بالا گفت که این ابزار در صورت اعمال بر روی نرم ­افزارهای مربوطه، نتایج مناسبی را در جهت ارتقای کیفیت و کارایی نرم ­افزار و محیط کاربری آن، به دنبال خواهد داشت.</span></p> <!--stripped--> <o:officedocumentsettings> <o:relyonvml> <o:allowpng> </o:allowpng></o:relyonvml></o:officedocumentsettings> <!--stripped--> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217)"><b><span>Introduction:</span></b><span> Index of usability evaluates performance, user satisfaction and increased productivity in a product. Principles of usability are effectiveness, efficiency, safety, utility, learnability, Memorability. This Study Aims to Develop a Tool to Estimate and Evaluate the Usability of Web Applications in the field of Automation Research has been determined. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217)"><b><span>Material and Methods:</span></b><span> After extracting, an initial questionnaire to assess the usability of the standard resource for indices of validity, internal consistency and reproducibility, respectively technique for determining the content validity, test-retest method and cronbach's alpha coefficient were used. The content validity index value of 0.763 was obtained ultimately for the questionnaire. Analysis of the questionnaire responses revealed that the lower backend errors related to the reliability coefficient alpha value was equal to 0.742.
