lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Nazanin""> فرایند جوشکاری به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین منابع مواجهه شغلی با پرتوهای غیریونساز در محیط های کاری محسوب می گردد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی میزان مواجهه شغلی با پرتوهای غیریونساز در انواع<span> </span>فرایندهای جوشکاری متداول بود.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی مواجهه شغلی با انواع پرتوهای غیریونساز شامل میدان های الکترومغناطیس با فرکانس فوق العاده پایین، فرابنفش و فروسرخ در پنج نوع فرایند جوشکاری قوسی در واحد جوشکاری مرکز فنی وحرفه ای شهرستان ملایر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شدت میدان های الکتریکی و مغناطیسی با فرکانس فوق العاده پایین مطابق با روش موسسه استاندارد ملی آمریکا (</span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">ANSI/IEEE Std 644-1994</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span>) و با استفاده از دستگاه سنجش مدل </span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">HI-3604</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">شرکت </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">HOLADAY</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">آمریکا و شدت پرتوهای فرابنفش و فروسرخ نیز توسط دستگاه سنجش مدل </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">EC1</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">شرکت </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">HAGNER</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">سوئد اندازه گیری Nazanin"">شدت میدان الکتریکی و مغناطیسی در انواع جوشکاری ها بسیار پایین تر از حد مجاز قرار داشت. </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Nazanin"">شدت پرتو </span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">UV-B</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> در مواجهه جوشکاران در انواع جوشکاری ها بالاتر از حد مجاز قرار داشت. بااین حال شدت پرتو </span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: "Times New Roman",serif" dir="ltr">UV-A</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Nazanin""><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> تنها در جوشکاری برق بالاتر از حد مجاز شغلی قرار داشت. نتایج اندازه گیری شدت پرتوهای فرابنفش عبوری از<span> </span>عینک های حفاظتی نشان دهنده مطلوبیت درجه تیرگی عینک های حفاظتی بود. بااین حال قدرت حفاظت دهی لباس جوشکاران نامطلوب تعیین گردید. علاوه براین، نتایج نشان داد میزان مواجهه جوشکاران با امواج فروسرخ بسیار پایین تر از حد مجاز شغلی می باشد.<span> </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: style="font-family: "B Nazanin""> شدت مواجهه با پرتوهای غیریونساز تحت تأثیر نوع فرایند جوشکاری قرار داشت. با توجه به مواجهه بیش از حد جوشکاران با پرتو فرابنفش در شرایط بدون حفاظ، استفاده از لباس با </span></b><span lang="FA">قالی­بافان به علت کار طولانی در محیط­هایی با روشنایی نامطلوب در معرض ابتلا به برخی بیماری­های چشمی هستند. بهبود شرایط ایمنی و بهداشت محیط کار، خصوصاً تأمین روشنایی مطلوب در کارگاه ­های قالی­بافی به عنوان یک عامل محیطی، نقش مهمی در سلامت قالی­بافان خواهد داشت</span><span lang="FA">. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal کارگاه­ها مشغول بکار بودند. شدت روشنایی عمومی و موضعی کارگاه­های قالی­بافی با دستگاه نورسنج مدل </span><span style="font-size: 10pt" dir="ltr">LX-13</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">اندازه گیری و از طریق </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt" dir="ltr">E</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA"><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> چارت بینایی سنجی</span><span lang="AR-SA"> وضعیت بینایی شاغلین بررسی شد و در نهایت تمامی داده­ها جهت تجزیه وتحلیل وارد نرم افزار 16-</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><span style="font-size: 10pt" dir="ltr"><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span> SPSS<span> </span></span><span lang="AR-SA">گردید</span><span lang="FA">.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217) direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="rtl" class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="FA">یافته ­ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA">48/6% از قالی­بافان ضعف بینایی داشتند. حداقل مساحت کارگاه­های مورد بررسی 9 و حداکثر آن 56 متر مربع، پوشش داخل سطوح کارگاه­ها غالباً به رنگ روشن، شدت روشنایی عمومی (82/4%) و شدت روشنایی موضعی اکثر کارگاه­ها (</span><span lang="FA">91/9%)، کمتر از حد استاندارد بود.</span><span lang="FA"> همچنین همه کارگاه­ها مورد بررسی پنجره داشتند.</span><span lang="FA"></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(217, 217, 217) direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="rtl" class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه­ گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> <span style="color: black">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که در اکثر کارگاه­های مورد بررسی شدت روشنایی از نظر کمی و کیفی نامطلوب و غیراستاندارد می­باشد. همچنین توزیع نور نیز در این کارگاه­ها غیر یکنواخت بود. با کاهش شدت روشنایی ضعف بینایی بطور معنی داری افزایش یافته است. بنابراین به منظور کاهش آسیب­های چشمی در میان قالی­بافان در طول سابقه کاری، بایستی سیستم روشنایی مصنوعی در کارگاه­های قالی­بافی بطور اصولی طراحی شود</span>.</span><span سنجش کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون، سنجش مشارکت بلچر و استرس برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش استفاده شد</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"></span><span lang="FA" dir="ltr" style="font-size: و به صورت مقطعی برای ارزیابی و شناسایی خطاهای انسانی در فرایند عمل جراحی آب مراورید چشم با استفاده از تکنیک </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt">SHERPA</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> <span lang="FA">انجام شد. در این مطالعه ابتدا با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی وظیفه، فرایند عمل آب مروارید به وظایف و زیر وظایف خود تقسیم شد. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تکنیک انواع خطاها شناسایی ریسک آن ها ارزیابی شد. در پایان راهکارهای کنترلی مناسب برای کاهش ریسک خطاها ارائه شد.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> <span style="color: black">در مجموع 53 خطا برای 14 وظیفه در فرایند جراحی شناسایی شد. بیشترین درصد خطاها از نوع عملکردی و کمترین درصد خطاها از نوع بازیابی بودند. ریسک افزایش بازدهی و رغبت جهت تحصیل، ازجمله فواید تنظیم روشنایی کلاس درس و جلوگیری از اختلال در بینایی دانش آموزان است. این مطالعه باهدف ارزیابی شدت روشنایی داخلی مدارس دخترانه شهر همدان در سال های 1385و1393 انجام شده است تا بتواند به شناسایی مشکلات احتمالی آن بپردازد. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: style="font-size: 1pt"> </span><span lang="FA">های 1385 و 1393 در مدارس دخترانه شهر همدان انجام پذیرفته است. در هر مقطع زمانی، متوسط روشنایی عمومی و موضعی بر روی تخته سیاه کلاس های درس با روش های توصیه شده انجمن مهندسین روشنایی آمریکای شمالی در روزهای غیر آفتابی توسط دستگاه لوکس متر اندازه گیری، محاسبه و با حد مجاز توصیه شده استاندارد آئین نامه بهداشت مدارس و انجمن مهندسین روشنایی آمریکای شمالی مقایسه گردید. علاوه بر شدت روشنایی، وضعیت معیارهای کیفیتی شامل الگوی چیدمان چراغ</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 1pt"> </span><span lang="FA">ها، نگه</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 1pt"> </span><span lang="FA">داری چراغ</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 1pt"> </span><span lang="FA">ها، وجود سایه روشن، نظافت سطوح داخلی، نگهداری سامانه روشنایی، نوع چراغ و 217) direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته­ ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">با توجه به همه معیارهای مطلوبیت، در هر دو مقطع ارزیابی، کمتر از %25 کل اماکن مورد بررسی از روشنایی مطلوب برخوردار بوده اند به طوری که در سال 85 فقط 16% از کلاس های درس دارای روشنایی عمومی مطلوب بوده اند و در سال 93 شدت روشنایی تمامی کلاس ها در محدوده غیرقابل قبول قرار گرفته و شدت روشنایی موضعی بر روی تخته سیاه<span> </span>تنها %6 کلاس</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 1pt"> </span><span lang="AR-SA"> درس در محدوده استاندارد قرار داشت. همچنین نتایج ارزیابی نشان lang="FA">بروز استرس گرمایی یکی از شایع ترین مشکلات در محیط های کاری و صنایع مختلف می باشد. مواجهه کارگران با گرما سبب بروز استرین حرارتی می شود. هدف از این مطالعه اعتبارسنجی شاخص استرین ادراکی از طریق ارتباط آن با شاخص استرین فیزیولوژیکی و شاخص دمای تر گوی سان در شرایط گرم آزمایشگاهی بود. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt text-align: justify line-height: normal background: none 15 نفر مرد در پنج شرایط دمایی مختلف (35و21,24,27,30درجه سانتی گراد) در اتاقک شرایط جوی و بر روی تردمیل در سه سطح فعالیت سبک (2/4کیلومتربرساعت), متوسط (4/8کیلومتربرساعت) و سنگین (6/3کیلومتربرساعت) انجام گرفت. ضربان قلب و دمای دهانی برای محاسبه شاخص استرین فیزیولوژیکی, و همچنین احساس گرمایی و شدت فعالیت اعمال شده ادراکی برای محاسبه شاخص استرین ادراکی اندازه گیری شدند. درنهایت با استفاده از آزمون
