						<title>Investigating the Effect of Fear of COVID‑19 on Psychological Well-being of Nurses with the Moderating  Role of Resilience</title>

Based on Krejcie and Morgan&amp;#39;s table, a sample size of 140 people was selected via stratified random sampling method. To measure the variables of the research, a questionnaire was used which included three sections of Fear of COVID-19, psychological well- being and&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;resilience. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach&amp;#39;s alpha method and its validity was confirmed using convergent validity. For data analysis, structural equation modeling and PLS software have been used.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;

To validate the questionnaire in the workplace, The lighting of employees&amp;#39; workstations was evaluated according to the&amp;nbsp;Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) standards and compared with the results of the questionnaire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;

More than 97% of employees who had workstations with the desired lighting reported excellent levels of visual comfort.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;

The results showed that the mean score of sleep quality in the two areas of sleep latency (1.5 &amp;plusmn; 0.82) and sleep duration (1.43 &amp;plusmn; 1.05) was higher than other subscales. According to the findings, there was a significant inverse relationship between sleep quality score and cognitive failures score with job performance score (r = -0.195, P &lt; 0.05), While the sleep quality score and cognitive failure score showed a positive and significant correlation (r = 0.389, P &lt; 0.05).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
