زمینه و هدف: تحقیق حاضر، در پی تبیین اثر تغییر سازمانی بر سلامت روانی کارکنان با توجه به نقش تعدیل گر حمایت و کنترل شغلی می باشد.
روش کار: این پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان بیمارستان فرشچیان (سینا) همدان به تعداد ۲۰۰ نفر بوده که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد ۱۳۲ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعیین شده است. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد تغییر سازمانی، سلامت عمومی، حمایت شغلی و کنترل شغلی استفاده گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS نسخه ۲۳ و Smart PLS نسخه ۲ انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ۴۳ درصد از تغییرات سلامت روان کارکنان، توسط متغیر تغییر سازمانی تبیین می‌شود. تغییر سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن اثر تعدیل گر حمایت شغلی تأثیر مثبت بر سلامت روان کارکنان دارد. ضریب استانداردشده میان دو متغیر نشان می‌دهد که ۲۴ درصد از تغییرات سلامت روان توسط تغییرسازمانی با در نظرگرفتن اثر تعدیل گر حمایت شغلی تبیین می‌شود. تغییرسازمانی با درنظر گرفتن اثر تعدیلگر کنترل شغلی نیز تأثیر مثبت بر سلامت روان کارکنان دارد. ضریب استانداردشده میان دو متغیرنیز نشان می‌دهد که ۲۹ درصد از تغییرات سلامت روان توسط تغییرسازمانی با درنظر گرفتن اثر تعدیل گر کنترل شغلی تبیین می‌شود. بنابراین تغییرسازمانی تأثیر مثبتی بر سلامت روان کارکنان بیمارستان فرشچیان (سینا) همدان دارد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که ایجاد تغییر سازمانی در بیمارستان فرشچیان همدان، با توجه به نقش حمایتی و کنترلی مدیران باعث بهبود سلامت روان کارکنان می گردد.
