Abstract
Background and Objectives: Improving and developing service delivery requires the free flow of information and knowledge. Therefore, addressing this factor and examining the role of its determinants can lead to the reputation of the organization in providing services. One of the most important factors is the dismissal of employees in the environment, which leads to a lot of job tension. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exclusion in the workplace on knowledge concealment with respect to the mediating role of job tension.
Methods: This study is based on the applied purpose and from the perspective of how to collect data in the field of descriptive survey studies. The statistical population of this study consists of all staff of public hospitals in Lorestan province. Using stratified-random sampling method, 124 people were selected as the research sample. The data required in this study were collected using the Liu et al. (2016) Workplace Rejection Questionnaire, the O'Reilly et al. (2014) Knowledge Concealment Questionnaire, and the Peng Job Tension Questionnaire (2013) based on 5 options Likert. The data collected in this study were analyzed by structural equation modeling using Smart-pls software.
Results: The results of this study showed that rejection in the workplace can lead to the spread of knowledge concealment behaviors. Also, rejection through increased job stress can lead to the development of knowledge concealment.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, managers of service organizations should develop strategies to improve the level of mutual acceptance of people in the workplace and prevent rejection of individuals to reduce knowledge concealment behaviors.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: The proliferation of computers, along with the development of software and the Internet, has revolutionized the work and life of people with disabilities, including those with spinal cord injuries with limited mobility in the arms. The efficiency and usability of the aids provided to these people is very important; because they have more limitations than ordinary people. The purpose of this study was to compare the efficiency and usability of human-computer interface in cervical spinal cord injury with two biofeedback EMG methods based on computer games and without computer games.
Methods: The sample size was 20 participants (healthy and with spinal cervical lesions) who were selected regarding availability. The statistical population of the study (that was conducted 2019-2020) was spinal cord injury patients referred to spinal cord injury clinic in Tehran. Participants received three 30-minute sessions per week for 1 month of EMG biofeedback training and game-based biofeedback interventions. SPSS version 23 was used for data analysis.
Results: Results showed that participants considered using EMG biofeedback and game biofeedback as 75/8% and 72/0% usability. Over time, the “through put” numerical values of the variable decreased in healthy individuals and spinal cord injury. Also, the numerical values of this variable were lower in healthy individuals than in individuals with spinal cord injuries. The maximum reduction in numerical values of the “through put” variable appeared between the first and sixth sessions.
Conclusion: The EMG and gaming biofeedback system can be used for interaction and control such as computers, wheelchairs, and more.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Designing workstations in accordance with anthropometric characteristics of employees can prevent awkward working postures and reduce the risk of such disorders. The present study aimed at investigating the anthropometric compatibility of workstations in a sewing company and its relationship with working postures.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in a sewing company located in Hamadan province, Iran. Working postures were assessed in standing and sitting workstations using REBA and NERPA techniques, respectively. Anthropometric dimensions were measured in accordance with ISO 7250 and anthropometric compatibility with workstation was investigated. Mann-Whitney test was used for assessing the relationship between anthropometric compatibility and working posture.
Results: A total of 205 employees with a mean age 31.29 years participated in this study. Working postures were mostly in an unacceptable condition and the need for ergonomic intervention was evident. In sitting workstation, there was no significant relationship between working postures and anthropometric compatibility in terms of seat depth, seat width, and backrest height. In contrast, anthropometric compatibility with seat height and desk height were significantly associated with working posture (P<0.05). In standing workstations, a significant relationship was observed between anthropometric compatibility and desk height (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Anthropometric incompatibility with workstation generally deteriorated the working postures. However, anthropometric compatibility with seat height and desk height were the ones with a significant relationship with working posture. Therefore, for redesigning workstations the seat height and desk height should be considered first.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Firefighting is a difficult and dangerous job. This job requires decision-making and speed in action in critical situations. Such conditions increase the probability of human error in the firefighting activities. Setting up fire operators as the first step of emergency response is associated with high criticality. The purpose of this study is identification and assessment of the risk of human error while setting up and operating fire operators.
Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed in 2019. Tasks related to the operation of industrial firefighting operators were studied and analyzed by Hierarchical Task Analysis. Then, human errors in the operation of fire operators were identified and analyzed using the systematic human error reduction and prediction approach (SHERPA). Finally, appropriate prevention solutions were proposed to reduce the risk of errors.
Results: A total of 480 errors were detected for 130 tasks as 49.58% of them were action errors, 39.17% check type, 10.42% communication and 0.83% were selective errors and no retried error was observed. According to the results of risk assessment, 8.33% of the errors were unacceptable, 24.17% were undesirable, and 48.33% were acceptable risks but needed to be revised and 19.17% were acceptable without the need for revision.
Conclusion: The process of operating fire operators can be associated with human errors and prevent successful firefighting operations. Therefore, these errors should be identified and controlled using appropriate methods.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: ِِDespite complex technologies in many work environments, human errors are of great importance as they might lead to severe and catastrophic accidents. Therefore, in order to prevent and limit the consequences of human error, it seems necessary to identify and find the causes of them. The aim of this study was to identify and evaluate the human errors of locomotive maneuvers in the railway repair and development project, 2019.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the identification and evaluation of human errors in locomotive maneuvers in the MAPNA railway repair and development project using SHERPA technique was done. First, using the hierarchical task analysis method, the activities of the maneuvers are divided into their tasks and sub-tasks; in the next step, the types of human errors in each of the tasks were identified and then human errors were evaluated according to SHERPA instruction.
Results: A total of 206 errors were identified in the present study. Errors included 48.5% action error, 39.8% checking error, 10.2% information communication error and 1.5% selection error. The lowest and highest errors related to locomotive displacement error were related to hot single diesel (14.0%) and locomotive displacement error on service pit (29.6%). Of the identified errors, 23.8% had an unacceptable risk level, 51.1% had an ALARP risk level and 25.2% had an acceptable risk level.
Conclusion: The findings of the study indicated that the most unacceptable risks and ALARP were related to checking and action error, respectively. So, it is suggested that the design and implementation of control measures related to these two types of errors should be prioritized.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: In the automotive industry, assemblers are at the risk of job stress. There is relationship between job stress and work ability index, and job stress can impact on work ability index negatively. Therefore, this study investigates the effect of ergonomic job stress intervention (Ergo-JSI) on the work ability index and job stress of assemblers in an auto parts factory.
Methods: It was an interventional study with pre- and post-test design in the assembly section of an auto parts factory. The sample group included 80 persons who were working in this section and they were selected totally. The interventional Ergonomics-based on Job Stress Program was performed for eight weeks. Job stress questionnaires (BJSQ), work ability index (WAI), ergonomic check points (ECP), and stress prevention in the workplace (International Labor Organization) were used as research tools.
Results: The ergonomic job stress intervention (Ergo-JSI) was found to be significant on the work ability index (P <0.001). The level of work ability index was increased by 16.25% for workers (P = 0.01). Furthermore, the job stress was decreased significantly (P <0.05). The quantitative changes in the level of job stress towards reduction were based on the BJSQ criteria A (51.25%) and criteria B (27.5%); these differences were found to be significant (P <0.001).
Conclusion: Individual and organizational approaches which used for the interventional Ergonomic based on Job Stress Management Program has been effective on the decreasing of job stress and the increasing of work ability index of assemblers. Therefore, this Participatory Ergonomics Program which has an integrated approach can be improved the mental health of staff.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: During the past times people have used furniture as today. Along with the social welfare development and the importance of manufacturing efficiency, the importance of ergonomics and standardization in furniture became very clear so that, today it is well-known that not considering human factors in furniture manufacturing causes much human health problems. Due to the importance of furniture standardization, the present study was conducted to investigate the use of standards in furniture manufacturing units in Tehran province.
Methods: In this study, cluster sampling was performed and questionnaires were distributed among experienced manufacturers of sixty furniture manufacturing units. Statistical analysis was performed using One sample student t-test and Friedman test in SPSS 18 software.
Results: Results revealed that there was a significant difference between the indices mean and the hypothesized mean of the population. Furniture manufacturers believed that the governmental and nongovernmental institutions have appeared weak on updating furniture standards and making manufacturers familiar with standards. From their point of view, consumers have shown a great trend to buy standard and ergonomic furniture. Manufacturers also have largely tended so much to use standards and national standards conformed by international standards.
Conclusion: The manufacturing of standard furniture increases the consumer interest to buy furniture and it increases the consumer satisfaction. The high quality of imported raw materials makes furniture competitive and it causes coordination with international standards and it can assure the successful export of furniture in Iran. Successful furniture manufacturing will depend on realization of all indices mentioned in the present study.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Presenteeism is introduced as a phenomenon according to which employees are physically present in the workplace but are functionally absent. This study aimed to investigate presenteeism and productivity loss associated with health problems among employees of the Iranian Gas Transmission Company (IGTC).
Methods: The participants were 2298 employees. Data collection instruments included the Stanford Presenteeism Scale (SPS-6) and the Health and Work Questionnaire (HWQ). Data analysis was performed using the multivariate logistic regression in SPSS software version 26.
Results: More than 52% of the participants (1189 people) had experienced presenteeism at least once a year, while a total of 1073 people (47%) were non-presenteists. The results showed that the HWQ subsets including productivity (P = 0.001), focus (P = 0.023), relationships with the manager or boss (P = 0.007), impatience and irritability (P = 0.026), workplace satisfaction (P = 0.038) and finally the total HWQ score (P = 0.011) had a statistically significant relationship with presenteeism.
Conclusion: Presenteeism reduces the productivity of the workforce by reducing individual productivity, reducing people's ability to concentrate, the inappropriate perception of the relationship with the manager/ boss, increasing their impatience, irritability and level of work-related stress and eventually reducing the level of people's satisfaction with the work environment. This imposes a lot of costs on the organization.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Noise is known as an intruder in job environments and has non-hearing effects. The impact of noise on cognitive functions depends on the type of noise and the dose of noise exposure. This study aims to investigate the effect of noise exposure on cognitive functions and sleep quality.
Methods: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was performed on 169 workers in three metal, chemical, and food industries in Hamedan in 1399. A continuous performance test was used to evaluate cognitive functions. The Petersburg questionnaire assessed participant's sleep quality. Using SVAN 971 analyzer and TES dosimeter, the level of noise exposure and the dominant frequency was measured. Data were also analyzed using linear and multiple regression in SPSS software (version 16).
Results: There is a significant difference in the level of noise exposure with changes in cognitive functions and sleep quality in the present study (P<0.001). The results of linear regression showed that there is a significant relationship between cognitive function and the level of exposure to sound (P<0.001). After identifying and determining the input variables, using multiple regression, an appropriate model was developed to predict sleep quality and sustained attention in the face of noise.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, predictive models with the appropriate coefficient of determination can be good models for assessing the quality of sleep and attention of people in the face of noise, which can be implemented and measured in a shorter time.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Increasing the retention of health care workers in the context of Covid-19 expansion is one of the most important challenges for the health care systems. To design a strategy to maintain health care workers, it is necessary to identify the factors influencing willingness to work or leave the job among health care workers. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the willingness to work or leave the job among health care workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Methods: To identify relevant publications, the online Databases including Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, and ProQuest were searched on October 20, 2020. Based on the inclusion criteria, only studies that investigated the factors influencing willingness to work or motivation to leave the job among health care workers during the Covid-19 pandemic were included.
Results: Of the 610 studies found through searching, after deleting similar and unrelated studies, a number of 10 cross-sectional articles with a sample size of 15834 subjects were selected. Obtained findings indicated that the willingness to work among health care workers ranged from 61% to 98.7% and averaged 83.5%. The results of studies showed that job factors such as work experience, previous work experience in emergency time or Covid-19, workload, cooperation between employees, the relationship between employees and managers, access to personal protective equipment, and welfare facilities were significantly proportional to the willingness of health care workers to work.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed to design a strategy to maintain the health care workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, a broad range of occupational and psychological variables should be considered. Due to the limited number and quality of studies and the extent of influential variables, more studies are needed in this field.

Abstract
Background & Objectives: Ethical atmosphere and burnout of employees is an important issue for the management of the organization and management should play a key role in improving the performance of employees and the organization. The present study aimed to model the structural relationship between ethical atmosphere and emotional exhaustion with job satisfaction and turnover intention.
Methods: The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of the data collection method. The statistical population includes 125 employees of the West Azerbaijan Gas Company who were surveyed by census method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha method were used to evaluate the validity and reliability of measuring instruments. Structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software was done to analyze the data.
Results: The results of the determined coefficients showed that the ethical atmosphere was able to explain more than 22% of the changes in emotional exhaustion. Also, emotional exhaustion can explain more than 44% of the changes in job satisfaction and 18% of the changes in the desire to leave the job. The coefficient of morale's impact on job satisfaction with emotional exhaustion was also 0.07. And the impact coefficient of the ethical atmosphere on the desire to leave the job with an emotional exhaustion was also -0.09.
Conclusion: Improving the ethical atmosphere of the organization and reducing the emotional burnout of employees leads to job satisfaction and commitment of employees, and as a result, the performance of employees and the organization improves.

Abstract
Background & Objectives: Due to the sound caused by various machines and tools in different agriculture sectors, occupational safety and health should be continuously evaluated. Indeed, the harmful effects of sound can be better reduced when the effects of sound on people's health and performance are fully known.
Methods: In this study, a garden tractor was used. Sixteen volunteers were exposed to the sound of the tractor, and their EEG was recorded at four different engine speeds. Then, Higuchi and Katz methods were used to calculate the fractal dimension of sound signals as well as brain signals.
Results: The results showed that by increasing engine speed, the values of the fractal dimension in both Higuchi and Katz methods increased. The results also showed an increase in the fractal dimension of brain signals due to an increase in engine speed. The regression results also showed a high correlation between the two brain signals and the sound. The coefficient of explanation was 0.896 and 0.859 in Higuchi and Katz methods, respectively.
Conclusion: This study showed that people's reactions, when exposed to sound, can be predicted using the fractal dimension. Therefore, it is possible to estimate the characteristics of brain signals without recording them, which are often costly and time-consuming.

Abstract
Background & Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the ergonomics of armpits and aviators outdoor (park) based on anthropometry parameters of male users.
Methods: Among male users of these outdoor park equipment, 120 people from Tehran and in the age range over 20 years (48.38±16.27) were selected as a sample. The research variables were the dimensions of the devices and the anthropometry of the male users. The plumb line, engineering meter, ruler, goniometer and static anthropometer kit (caliper) were used to measure the dimensions of the devices and the anthropometry of the users (according to Pheasant instructions). Then, according to the standards of ergonomics and bodybuilding, the science of motor biomechanics and the way of installation on the devices, the fit of the devices was evaluated. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the data and single-group t-test (parametric statistics) and binomial statistics (non-parametric statistics) were used to test the hypotheses.
Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between most of the desired dimensions of the devices with the relevant and optimal dimensions of users (P value<0.05). Therefore, from the anthropometric point of view, these devices are not ergonomic for male users, and it is necessary to adopt a method for the standardization of these devices.
Conclusion: Most dimensions of underarms and outdoor aviators are not ergonomic from the anthropometric point of view of male users. This mismatch can lead to complications and physical injuries to users. Therefore, users should be careful when using these devices and avoid working with devices that do not fit their physical dimensions.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: The jewelry industry accounts for a large share of the income of the people and the government. Workbench and chair are the main tool for manufacturers, designers, art students and repairmen in this field as a group of users for the efficiency of making jewelry. This research seeks to design a workbench and chair for making jewelry that, in addition to being modular, is also interactive and ergonomic.
Methods: This research is practical as well as qualitative-descriptive in nature. It has used a survey method to collect data in which its most important tools in the practical were verbal-visual (questionnaire, interview) and non-verbal (observation). Its design method was the so-call Design up (Tarrahi Nameh in Persian) which has based on interaction design and a user-centered approach. One of the most useful techniques called the hierarchical analysis process (AHP) has been employed to prioritize users and selected designs.
Results: The result of this research is a modular, interactive and ergonomic workbench and chair under the Mosavvab brand. Their users have the advantage of an independent design resulting from its modularity, benefit from usability as well as engagement user experience due to its interactivity and finally, they satisfy from its safety and comfort due to its ergonomics.
Conclusion: This achievement eliminates tangible and intangible problems and not only provides users with personal satisfaction but also reduces the need for many medical treatments. Six elements of usability such as effectiveness, efficiency, safety/comfort, utility, easy to learn and ease to memory, on the one hand, would be brought. The goals of interaction design as visibility, feedback, constraints, consistency, affordance and engaging user experience, on the other hand, would be illustrated.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Nurses are one of the most important forces in a hospital. Therefore, their socialization is important to act as social capital for the hospital through sociability and to increase their responsibility as well as work ethic. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational socialization and social capital on responsibility with the mediating role of the organizational work ethic of Nurses at Iran Hospital, Iranshahr in Sistan & Balouchestan Province, Iran.
Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive correlation in terms of data collection based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all Nurses of Iran Hospital (550 subjects). The sample size was 218 according to the statistical population and using stratified random sampling method and Krejcie & Morgan table. Standard questionnaires of organizational socialization, social capital, responsibility and work ethics were used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25 and LISREL 8.8 software.
Results: There was a positive and significant relationship between organizational socialization and social capital with work ethics. Also, the correlation coefficient between the variables of work ethics and responsibility (r = 0.39) is positive and significant. At the same time, with the mediation of work ethics, the variables of organizational socialization and social capital can predict responsibility.
Conclusion: Socialization allows nurses to gain more knowledge and skills in their work. Through socialization, nurses become a social capital for the hospital, and socialization and social capital increase work ethic, which in turn increases their responsibility.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Despite contribution to catastrophic accidents, human errors have been generally ignored in the design of human-machine (HM) systems and the determination of the level of automation (LOA). This paper aims to develop a method to estimate the level of automation in the early stage of the design phase considering both human and machine performance.
Methods: A quantitative method is used to evaluate the performance of the whole human-machine system by the human-in-the-loop fault tree analysis while a qualitative and cross-sectional method is used to estimate human errors using the CREAM technique. The data are collected from real cases that happened in the control room of the Ferdowsi power plant.
Results: Full automatic option with an average error of 0.013 had the lowest error rate, i.e. 1/8 of the error rate of the manual design. In addition, the CREAM analysis showed that the control room operators were not satisfied with the availability of procedures and Man-Machine Interface and operational support in general. Thus, on average, the reliability of the manual design is less than the reliability of the automatic setting.
Conclusion: High machine reliability has led to the fact that the fully automatic design would be one of the best design choices for human-machine systems. However, based on the previous studies, high automation may have some human-out-of-the-loop shortcomings. Thus, this study proposed solutions to overcome these disadvantages based on the importance of the control parameters or the essence of human involvement in some decision-making and execution tasks.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Hospital and medical staff use medical gloves to protect themselves and their patients from infectious agents. Wearing gloves may reduce manual dexterity and grip strength and interfere with work performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of wearing medical gloves on grip strength, manual dexterity, and perceived comfort.
Methods: 20 people (10 women, 10 men) participated in this study. Participants were tested in three gloveless modes, with latex gloves and with nitrile gloves with two tests, a 9-hole pegboard and a modified pegboard. Perceived comfort in working with gloves, wearing and removing gloves was also assessed using a subjective scale.
Results: The age range of participants was 20 to 40 years with an average of 29.45 years. There was a significant difference in manual dexterity between gloveless hands and nitrile gloves in the 9-hole pegboard test. In the modified pegboard test, gloveless hand manual dexterity was significantly different from both latex and nitrile gloves. The results also showed that wearing any type of glove significantly reduced the grip strength of individuals. The worst comfort rating was given to wearing gloves.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that wearing gloves reduces manual dexterity and grip strength. A modified pegboard test is also recommended to assess the manual dexterity of medical gloves. Latex and Nitrile gloves are difficult to wear and should be considered in designs.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Electroencephalography is one of the non-invasive and relatively inexpensive methods that can be used to evaluate neurophysiology and cognitive functions. This systematic review study was performed with the aim of using electroencephalography (EEG) in ergonomics.
Methods: In this review study, all articles published in Persian and English on the application of electroencephalography (EEG) in ergonomics from March 20, 2010 to March 21, 2021 were reviewed. For this purpose, a systematic search of articles was performed using the keywords cognitive ergonomics, mental fatigue, electroencephalography, EEG and brain waves in the databases of PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of science, SID, Scopus, Magiran Iran Medex.
Results: Most studies were conducted between 2015 and 2020 (41 papers) and most of the subjects were car drivers. Selected articles were reviewed in seven areas of mental fatigue, mental workload, mental effort, visual fatigue, working memory load, emotions, stress, and error diagnosis. The journal Perceptual and Motor Skills, followed by Applied Ergonomics, published the largest number of related articles.
Conclusion: In the reviewed articles, the assessment of a person's mental states, especially when driving a vehicle, has been further studied and through it, tracking, monitoring and various tasks of working memory have been followed. Future research should focus on the use of computational methods that take into account the dynamic and unstable nature of EEG data. Such an approach could facilitate the development of fatigue detection systems and automated adaptive systems.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Workplace architecture is one of the most important factors influencing employees' health and wellbeing. Therefore, it is necessary to study the role of workplace design on the emergence of various types of health problems among employees. The present research aims to study the prevailing conditions at the case studied workplaces and to identify the role of factors influenced by interior layout (location-ergonomics, lighting, indoor air quality (IAQ), temperature, noise, design style, and cleaning) on the emergence of Sick Building Syndrome among employees.
Methods: In the present study, three administration buildings (roads and urban development office, construction engineering organization, and airport) in Urmia, Tabriz are investigated as case studies and a total of 226 employees working in these buildings are selected as samples. Then, they are asked to fill out a questionnaire to collect the required data. The reliability of the questionnaire is confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
Results: The findings indicate that despite the advantages of open plan layout for the organization of work environments, it still has many negative consequences such as too much noise and distraction, lack of ergonomics, congestion, reduced privacy, and the lack of personal control of environmental conditions. In general, it is not considered an efficient layout design for the workplace.
Conclusion: The results indicate that to effectively deal with the emergence of sick building syndrome and provide a healthy work environment, it is necessary to establish a balance between various parts in the workplace layout design including private office space, shared workplace, and/or open plan according to the nature and type of work while taking into account the factors and parameters influenced by the layout design and environmental properties.
